Returns Policy

If you do find it necessary to return an item to us, please send it insured with all components of the item in the original packaging and documents that accompanied your order.

Also include a brief explanation of the problem and how you would like it settled. Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option. If the item is covered by a manufacturers warranty, we will forward it to the manufacturer for their repair or replacement. Please note the special conditions regarding footwear and watches, which are sent with your order.

By law, sleeping bags and undergarments that have been worn or used cannot be returned for credit. Be sure it's right before you use it! We will be happy to make repairs when possible and return the item to you. Please do not send any soiled clothing, equipment or footwear. We will not process or accept your merchandise and it will be returned to you.

Damage Parcel or Evidence of Theft

If your parcel was damaged or pilfered in transit, please retain the carton and contents intact. Call the delivery carrier for handling instructions and then immediately call our Customer Service Department for further instructions.

What if you have sent me incorrect items from my order?

Please ring us before returning any items, we may arrange to have the goods collected from you. If asked to return the item yourself, you will be reimbursed for your postage cost.

What if I dont like the goods once I have received them?

You may return products to us for a refund, However you will be responsible for the shipping cost to us. For the refund all products must be returned to us with in 7 working days from date of delivery.

What if my parcel goes missing?

If you don't receive your items within 4 working days of us letting you know that we've dispatched them, then give us a call and we'll track it for you. If your item has gone missing in the post we will put a claim through with royal mail or parcel force and resend your items out after 14 working days.

Tents

If you want to return a tent, it must be in an unused condition (we suggest checking the tent indoors), the tent will be refunded less a 10% handling charge, also postage costs in sending to you will not be refunded, unless faulty where it will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection and replaced, or if unavailable refunded . A replacement tent will not be sent until the tent is checked which could take up to 7 days.

Please contact us before returning as we try to rectify any problem as quickly and efficiently as possible, and there may be no need to return the item.
